The Paint Subject Matter Expert will perform manual spray painting on composite parts and support the operation and optimization of robotic paint lines. This role also involves maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve coating issues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of hands-on industrial spray painting experience. Proficiency in professional spray gun techniques and the ability to troubleshoot paint processes are essential requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced technical expertise in manual spray painting techniques and support operation of the company’s automatic paint line. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality finishes on composite parts while assisting with robotic system operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of industrial spray painting processes and a strong eye for quality. Automotive painting experience is a plus due to the finish quality and attention to detail required.
