Your Role at Bugaboo

What Will You Do?

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct the NPD project development team (including Asia Engineering, Sourcing, CMT, Quality Engineering, Supply Quality Engineering, and Test Lab Engineering) to guarantee projects meet strict time, quality, and budget requirements.

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans based on the NPD process; monitor progress versus scope, cost, quality, and time, and provide regular status and risk reports to stakeholders, department managers, and HQ PMs.

• Risk & Resource Management: Apply proactive risk management and avoidance strategies to remove project bottlenecks; request and assure adequate project resources to build capable teams that succeed in project requirements.

• HQ & NCD Collaboration: Deeply coordinate with the HQ NCD team and NL Project/Product Managers to successfully achieve NCD deliverables (including prototype making and evaluation) and improve overall project development timing.

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Establish high team performance by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and giving clear assignments; guide the team toward highly efficient cooperation and continuous growth.

• Financial Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecasting on resources and budgets in alignment with the project team and HQ PMs.

• Process Improvement: Manage activities to continuously improve the development process, encouraging cooperation and providing direction in a stimulating manner.
