The Intake Coordinator manages the patient intake process, including data entry, insurance verification, and authorization. They also facilitate daily meetings and maintain positive relationships with referral sources to ensure a seamless transition for patients.
Candidates must have healthcare experience, preferably in a home health intake or referral role. While a nursing background is preferred, it is not strictly required for this position.
Pay Range: $26–$28 per hour

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the patient intake process including communicating directly with patients and families, data entry, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, facilitating a daily intake stand up meeting, and managing the insurance verification and authorization processes.
