Position Overview:
As part of the talented Warehouse team, you will provide materials support to the manufacturing are. You will fill material requirements for production orders from Pick Tickets or requests from workers, and you will expedite shortages and escalate material problems to supervisors.

Essential Functions:
Determine kitting sequence from orders.
Process pick data in accordance to established procedures.
Gather parts into kits, deliver completed kits to the proper manufacturing area by forklift.
Track shortage items and expedite shortage items to the production area.
Stock supplies to shelves.
Workload will be tracked via daily schedules and assignments requiring responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion.
Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.).
Practice good housekeeping.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three months’ experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to utilize wheel cart, manual pallet jack and rolling step ladder.
Detailed and organized person.
Computer skills necessary.
Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.).
Possess a positive work attitude, willingness to learn all departmental job functions, and adhere to safety and quality requirements.
Demonstrates and promotes the organization's Employee Values through consistent modeling of respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
Working Conditions:
Regularly required to work in outdoor conditions, lifting parts and pieces up to 50 lbs., traveling up and down stairs on a constant basis, sitting, squatting, and bending in various awkward positions for certain lengths of time - including working overhead, traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for a majority of the workday. Exposed to noise, dust, and fumes daily. Pushing and pulling material carts. Physical exertion is required.
The anticipatedpay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
