The Service Manager oversees daily automotive shop operations, including scheduling staff, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service standards. They are responsible for leading and training the technician team while driving sales through proactive vehicle inspections and effective communication.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least four years of automotive technical experience, and one year of service management or writing experience. A valid driver's license is required to perform test drives on customer vehicles.
