Operate specialized equipment across various production areas including stamping, welding, extrusion, and CNC machining to produce high-precision timing belts. Ensure all products meet ISO 9001 quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and safety.
Candidates must be able to follow detailed technical instructions, perform shop-level calculations, and use measurement tools like calipers. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 49 lbs and stand for the majority of the shift in a manufacturing environment.

You'll follow clear procedures and quality standards to ensure every product leaving your workstation meets our high expectations.
In this role, you’ll review job specifications, help maintain an organized and efficient workspace, and quickly flag any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality. You’ll also be a key contributor to our continuous improvement efforts—bringing fresh ideas and supporting initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety across the manufacturing team.
