The Accounts Payable Specialist manages high-volume invoice processing, including expense and trade payables for domestic and international vendors. Responsibilities also include reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of accounts payable experience and intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

This position handles both expense and trade payable invoices for domestic and international vendors, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations and timely payments. Responsibilities also include vendor statement reviews and occasional ad hoc Excel reporting using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in AP processes, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of Bradshaw Home’s financial operations.
Schedule: Hybrid from Rancho Cucamonga. Tuesday - Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote. 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.
US$26.00 - US$28.00 Hourly
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
