The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans for students. They will collaborate with families and educators while monitoring progress through data analysis and providing staff training.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and a current BCBA certification from the BACB. Experience providing behavior analysis services in educational settings or with children and adolescents is required.
