The Key Holder engages with customers to provide an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. They also assist the leadership team with team development, merchandising standards, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale transactions.
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
