The Key Holder engages with customers to provide an exceptional in-store experience while supporting store partners and leadership. They are responsible for driving sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and assisting with daily operational procedures.
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
