Coordinate and control fleet maintenance requirements across the company using both in-house technicians and outsourced vendors. Manage day-to-day operations, control expenditures, and ensure strict adherence to DOT safety requirements.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the heavy trucking industry with extensive knowledge of DOT rules and repair practices. Must be able to coordinate teams across multiple locations and handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Job Overview
The primary function of the Fleet Maintenance Manager is to coordinate and control the fleet maintenance requirements across the entire company spectrum. Utilizes both on location repair methods with company technicians where available, outsource to qualified vendors when necessary, coordinate road calls and break downs. Establish purchasing programs.
Under general supervision from the Director, perform supervisory duties in the implementation and management of a fleet operation for Bob’s Discount Furniture; perform supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed. Responsibilities will include:
