The Event Bartender is responsible for setting up and tending bars at events while maintaining high hospitality standards. They ensure a welcoming guest experience and handle the breakdown and sanitation of the event space.
Candidates must be 21+ years old with at least two years of customer service experience and one year of serving experience. ServSafe and RBS/TIPS certifications are required or must be obtainable.

The primary role of an Event Bartender is to work directly with the Staffing Manager and the Event Managers on-site to ensure that B&B’s standards and procedures are met from start to finish, being the hospitality presence on-site, and ensuring well-executed events. As a representative of the company, the service team establishes a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and provides the guests with the most memorable experience at their event.
