You will support the delivery and coordination of chauffeur training programs while maintaining quality standards in KSA. This involves conducting quality audits, analyzing performance data, and working directly with chauffeurs to ensure service excellence.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in operations, training, or quality assurance with strong attention to detail. Fluency in English and native-level Arabic are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a field-based, operational environment.

As part of the KSA Operations team, you will support our chauffeur partners in delivering a safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. In this role, you will help maintain Blacklane’s training and quality standards in KSA by coordinating training activities, supporting quality checks, and using operational feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
