The associate is responsible for validating warranty claim documentation and ensuring accurate unit information across all locations. They act as a liaison between technicians, service teams, and manufacturers to streamline claim processing and maintain high-quality records.
Candidates must have previous manufacturer warranty experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to pass a background and drug test are required.
The Centralized Warranty / Manufacturer Relations Associate ensures accurate, timely, and complete warranty claim documentation across all Bish’s RV locations. This role is responsible for validating unit information, reviewing warranty eligibility, organizing documentation and photos, and supporting the flow of information between technicians, service teams, and manufacturers.
You will play a key role in reducing claim errors, increasing processing speed, and maintaining organized, high-quality warranty records that support strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency. Pay range: $16+ depending on performance and experience.
