The role involves defining and implementing the IT strategy while coordinating external partners to ensure the performance and security of the information system. The candidate will lead the digital transformation, automate internal processes, and act as the interface between users and management.
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management and vendor steering. Proficiency in Windows Server, SQL Server, ITIL methods, and enterprise applications like ERP and CRM is expected.
Le BIPEA est une organisation scientifique à taille humaine accréditée selon les normes ISO 17043 & ISO 17034 ayant pour mission d’assurer et d’améliorer le niveau d’expertise des laboratoires d’analyses en France et à l’international en leur proposant notamment une large gamme d’essais interlaboratoires d’aptitude (EILA) destinés à évaluer leur performance. Fort de plus de 50 années d’expérience, le BIPEA compte aujourd’hui près de 4000 laboratoires participants répartis dans plus de 120 pays et propose plus de 200 programmes d’aptitude réguliers.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous êtes le référent des systèmes d'information de l'organisation. Dans un environnement où l'infrastructure, la cybersécurité et certains développements sont externalisés, vous pilotez les partenaires, coordonnez les projets SI et accompagnez la transformation numérique de l'organisation en garantissant la performance, la sécurité et l'évolution du système d'information.
Véritable interface entre les utilisateurs, la Direction et les partenaires technologiques, il/elle veille à la performance, à la sécurité, à la conformité et à l'évolution du système d'information, en garantissant son adéquation avec les besoins métiers.
Bonne maîtrise des architectures SI (on-premise, cloud ou hybride), des infrastructures (serveurs, réseaux, virtualisation), des concepts de haute disponibilité, PRA/PCA et cybersécurité. Connaissance des environnements Windows Server, SQL Server, des solutions d'intégration (API), de la supervision, des sauvegardes, des outils BI/reporting et des méthodes ITIL. Une sensibilité aux solutions low-code/no-code constitue un atout.
Formation Bac+4/5 en informatique ou systèmes d'information, avec 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets SI et pilotage de prestataires. Bonne connaissance des applications d'entreprise (ERP, CRM, GED…), maîtrise de la conduite de projet et du changement. Vision globale, sens du service, autonomie, excellentes capacités d'organisation, de coordination et de communication.
Vous intégrerez une organisation à taille humaine où les décisions sont rapides et l'impact des projets immédiat. Vous occuperez un rôle stratégique auprès de la Direction avec une réelle autonomie pour accompagner la transformation numérique.
