Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and build loyalty. Maintain deep product knowledge to provide fast, informed assistance and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires 3 to 5 years of professional customer service experience and a strong command of industry best practices. Candidates must be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive, empathetic temperament.
