Estamos buscando un técnico de servicio de campo con experiencia que se una a nuestro equipo de Negocios de Producto, enfocado en brindar soporte al cliente de alta calidad. Buscamos una persona proactiva y automotivada, comprometida con ofrecer una experiencia de servicio al cliente excepcional e impulsar el éxito del servicio para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo planificado (MPP) de acuerdo con los contratos de servicio, lo que incluye la sustitución de componentes desgastados y la inspección de los sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.
• Elaborar informes de servicio precisos y puntuales relacionados con los equipos de paletización, embalaje y manipulación de materiales de BEUMER.
• Brindar soporte para proyectos de instalación, modernizaciones y servicios de garantía.
• Responder a averías en los equipos, diagnosticar fallos y realizar reparaciones in situ.
• Brindar cobertura en instalaciones de clientes industriales y comerciales.
• Trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en colaboración en las instalaciones de los clientes en toda España e internacionalmente.
• Aplicar conocimientos básicos de sistemas de control, incluyendo PLC Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Profibus y redes de bus AS-i.
• Seguir los procedimientos RAMS (Declaraciones de Métodos de Evaluación de Riesgos) para todas las tareas asignadas.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento total de las normas de salud y seguridad en todo momento.
• Experiencia mínima: 2-3 años en puesto similar, preferiblemente en sistemas de manipulación de materiales o automatización industrial.
• Formación: F.P. Grado Superior en electricidad, automatización, mecatrónica o similar. Valorando muy positivamente titulo de ingeniería (industrial, electrónica, automatización o similar).
• Sólidos conocimientos eléctricos y mecánicos, con un profundo conocimiento de los sistemas de control.
• Experiencia con, o capacidad para aprender rápidamente, PLC Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Profibus y redes de bus AS-i.
• Amplio conocimiento de sistemas de manipulación de materiales.
• Cualificación técnica relevante en electricidad o habilidades multidisciplinares.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y proporcionar soluciones y recomendaciones eficaces.
• Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional según sea necesario.
• Inglés: Nivel intermedio (mínimo) requerido.
• Flexibilidad: Ocasionalmente, puede ser necesario trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo noches o fines de semana, y responder a llamadas de emergencia según las necesidades del proyecto y del cliente.
