The Assistant Director of Nursing manages the daily operations of the Resident Care Department and provides direct supervision to care service providers. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records, and providing on-floor nursing support to residents.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Home Care, or Hospice, and 2 years of experience in a care setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Gerontology certification are considered preferred qualifications.

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor. As a Nursing Supervisor you will manage the successful operation of the Resident Care Department, under the leadership of the Resident Care Director within our senior living community. Responsibility includes direct oversight, coaching, and direct supervision of all resident care service providers in the community. Provide on-floor nursing support to our residents and interact with family members. Incumbent will also conduct external and internal assessments and be available to take on call as needed.
