Manage the front desk experience by greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Handle check-in/out processes, collect payments, and coordinate with the medical team and remote call center.
Previous experience in veterinary, medical office, or customer service is preferred. Candidates should be able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.

We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Client Service Representative who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy veterinary hospital environment. Our CSRs are a key part of the client experience: from the first phone call to check-in, checkout, scheduling, and follow-up care.
Pay range:
$17.50 – $22.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
