The Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist will provide hands-on patient care, including assisting with surgeries and treatments, while also managing client interactions and administrative tasks. They are responsible for maintaining hospital cleanliness, processing payments, and ensuring accurate medical record-keeping.
Candidates should have previous experience in a veterinary or animal-care setting and possess strong customer-service and animal-handling skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy hospital environment are required.

Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and dependable Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our full-time team. We are a homegrown, multi-doctor, full-service hospital serving the Westchester and Greenwich communities with high-quality medicine and personalized care.
This hybrid position offers the opportunity to support both the medical and client-service sides of the hospital. You’ll assist with patient care, treatments, and procedures while also helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout every visit.
