The Line Leader is responsible for managing the production line to ensure it runs smoothly and meets KPIs without drift. They oversee paperwork accuracy, maintain health and safety standards, and lead the team with a positive, focused attitude.
Candidates must have experience working on a production line and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety is required, with Level 2 certification being a preferred bonus.

Making sure Health & Safety and food safety standards are always nailed
Setting the tone on shift – organised, focused, and positive
