POSITION SUMMARY: The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%
Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%
Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%
Unloads trucks as needed. 10%
Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%
Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%
Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.
Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
