The engineer will support and lead the technical execution of transportation, river, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a team of hydraulics and hydrology experts. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil, hydraulic, or hydrologic engineering and possess a valid North Carolina professional engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 7 years of experience in water resource engineering and strong communication skills are required.
