The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing quality physical therapy care. They also supervise rehab staff, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum and hold active state licensure. Additionally, they must maintain current CPR/BLS certification and possess a working knowledge of Medicare and payer guidelines.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist is to assist in providing and directing all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organization's guidelines, professional standards and community needs. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, and to all internal and external customers. Actively participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
