The Graduate Engineer will support all phases of project development, from initial design to construction close-out. Key tasks include performing engineering calculations, preparing drawings in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and conducting field observations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. An EIT certification or the ability to obtain one within 12 months is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant internship or co-op experience.

Position Overview:
Aurora is seeking a Graduate Engineer for our Arlington location. In this role, you will work closely with a Project Manager and contribute to all phases of project development, from initial design through construction close-out. You will assist with design tasks, technical calculations, drafting, and project coordination while gaining hands-on experience with engineering standards and best practices in the civil engineering industry. This position offers the opportunity to grow your technical skillset and play an integral role in delivering high-quality engineering projects.
