The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax planning activities. This role ensures compliance with local tax regulations, prepares tax calculations and filings, supports audits, and provides tax guidance to internal stakeholders. The position requires strong technical tax knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

How will you make an impact?

• Prepare and submit accurate direct and indirect tax returns, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines.
• Support corporate tax reporting, including tax provisions, calculations, forecasts, reconciliations, and year-end close activities.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and assess business impacts, ensuring ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities, while maintaining accurate tax records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to deliver tax projects, improve processes, and drive tax efficiency initiatives.

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, Tax Specialist, or equivalent) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance, tax accounting, or corporate taxation.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance software is an advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply tax regulations effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Strong ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
