Oversees the put-away and pulling of small parcel products to ensure efficient inventory flow and shipping accuracy. Leads and directs warehouse employees and temporary associates while maintaining safety standards and operational productivity.
Requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred. Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds and be certified in operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
Summary:
The Warehouse Lead oversees the put away of small parcels product into our inventory and the pulling and staging of the products for shipment. They are responsible for the flow of product into and out of inventory to the shipping locations. This role involves directing Arhaus employees and temporary associates under the direct supervision and guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role the lead will accurately create assignments while maintaining and constantly improving day to day putaway and pulling operations to ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy are achieved. The primary focus is to ensure operations safely, productively, and effectively with high quality to ensure business needs are met.
