The Extended Care Aide supervises students in a safe, faith-filled environment while facilitating educational and recreational activities. They are also responsible for assisting with homework, managing student behavior, and maintaining accurate attendance records.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to supervise groups of children effectively. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to Catholic education values.

The Extended Care Aide supports the daily operations of Sacred Heart Catholic School's Extended Care Program by providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for students before and/or after school hours. This position is responsible for supervising students, supporting homework completion, facilitating age-appropriate activities, and promoting positive social interactions. The Extended Care Aide works collaboratively with school staff to ensure the well-being of students while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
