The Facilities Lead coordinates facility projects and supports preventive maintenance programs to ensure buildings remain safe and functional. They conduct assessments, manage vendor activities, and provide technical guidance to technicians while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of experience in facilities or building operations. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and trade certification is preferred.

The Facilities Lead serves as the senior technical resource for assigned facilities and ministries. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this position coordinates facility projects, supports preventive maintenance programs, conducts building assessments, assists with regulatory compliance activities, and helps ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. The Lead will participate in an on-call rotation schedule. This is a working lead position with no direct reports and no responsibility for hiring, discipline, evaluations, scheduling, or personnel management.

Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening. The screenings will include criminal background check and other background checks (as needed), Family Care Safety Registration, drug screen, an employment and education or licensure/certification verification, and Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination. Various positions will require physical examination, Tuberculosis screening and Hepatitis A. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of required screening.
