Deliver a best-in-class brand experience by sharing technical product knowledge and assisting guests with their needs. Support store operations through POS transactions, inventory management, and collaboration with leadership on brand initiatives.
Candidates must be passionate about the outdoors and exceptional customer service with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to handle physical tasks such as unpacking boxes weighing up to 30 lbs is required.

This pop-up location will be opening soon, with position start dates beginning this summer and wrapping up early 2027.
You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You are the inspiration behind our brand’s evolution, as we continue to commit to bold objectives both in stores and in our communities.

\nAs a Product Guide at Arc’teryx, here’s what you’d be doing:The pay range for this role is USD$20–22/hour (midpoint $21/hour).
Most new team members join between this range, where they can contribute right away while continuing to grow their craft. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in a bonus plan based on the performance of their store.
