The ERP Analyst provides technical support and training to end users while managing ERP-related projects and enhancements. They are responsible for documenting business procedures and ensuring that ERP functionality meets business requirements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or general ERP functional activities is highly desired.
The ERP support specialist role is responsible for ensuring that business end users gave support for their ERP related concerns. The ERP support specialist will work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly addressed utilizing the existing ERP (Epicor P21) functionality whenever possible; candidate should have an understanding of its configuration and design.
