Provide skilled one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients' homes and support hospital-to-home transitions for medically fragile children. Educate families and caregivers while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure safe continuity of care.
Must hold an active Texas Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license and current CPR certification. Experience with high-acuity pediatric patients, specifically trach and ventilator management, is required.
