Como AUXILIAR DE LOGÍSTICA Y DISTRIBUCIÓN, te encargarás de resolver administrativamente la preparación y expedición de los pedidos asegurando la eficiencia y calidad del servicio al cliente. En este puesto, tendrá su sede en VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ, ESPAÑA.
Un día en la vida de un AUXILIAR DE LOGÍSTICA Y DISTRIBUCIÓN puede ser así:
Gestión de los trabajos de almacén
Gestionar la preparación de pedidos y la expedición de los mismos
Confirmar las expediciones
Gestionar las entradas del material que se incorporan al almacén
Gestionar la correspondencia de existencias entre físico y contable del material en stock, realizando los ajustes pertinentes
Gestionar la facturación y demás trámites administrativos relacionados con las actividades propias del Almacén
Documentar las expediciones (facturas, albaranes, documentos oficiales)
Controlar y enviar documentación exportación/ importación
Atención al cliente interno
Archivo de documentación
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación a nivel de FPII / CFGS o experiencia equivalente
Conocimientos informáticos acordes al puesto (ERP, ofimática)
Conocimientos del material y producto de la planta
Conocimientos de fabricación en producción
Inglés nivel medio - alto.
Valorable conocimiento del idioma italiano para relación habitual con la central.
Persona organizada con capacidad de planificación, gestión y control así como habilidad para trabajar en equipo y con clara orientación al cliente.
