You are a B2B sales professional who isn't satisfied with hitting quota—you want to crush it.

• You Are the owner of Your Territory: You will own the entire sales cycle (Full Cycle Sales) for opportunities qualified by the BDR team or generated by you. You are the focal point for pipeline management, from negotiation to closing.

• Master of Complexity: Our Tech solutions aren't sold simply. You must be able to navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders (CTOs, CFOs, CEOs) and demonstrate compelling ROI, supported by the Solution Engineer.

• Rapid Growth and Leadership: Our Sales team is expanding. Those who consistently hit and exceed target will have the opportunity to quickly grow into Team Leader or Sales Manager roles, defining the commercial strategy of the future.

🎯 Your Mission: Close, Close, Close

Your success is measured in revenue and your ability to build lasting, high-value relationships.

• Full Cycle Ownership: Take over qualified opportunities, develop the sales strategy, execute Discovery Calls and presentations, and manage all negotiation and closing stages.

• Strategy and Penetration: Proactively work to identify and penetrate new, high-value accounts in your territory, supporting Outbound activities.

• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate the virtual sales team (BDR, Solution Engineer, Legal) to ensure the client receives maximum value in every interaction.

• Accurate Forecasting: Rigorously manage your pipeline and provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to the leadership team.

🧠 Who You Are: A Sales Leader

You have the experience and autonomy to deliver results from Day 1.

• Verifiable Experience: You have 2–5 years of experience as an Account Executive in Full Cycle Sales, preferably in SaaS B2B, Cybersecurity, or Cloud/Tech. You must have a history of exceeding quota (Quota Attainment).

• Conqueror Mentality: You do not accept "No" as a final answer. You are strategic, resilient, and know how to create urgency and value even in competitive markets.

• Extra-Performance Oriented: Your OTE (On-Target Earnings) is just the starting point. Our commission plan includes significant accelerators for over-performance. This motivates you.

• Extreme Autonomy: You are able to independently manage your territory and your time, treating your pipeline like your own business.

• Top Performer Compensation: Highly Competitive Compensation Package €75K-€85K OTE (€30K-€34K Fixed + €45K-€51K Variable). The variable is uncapped: if you are an exceptional performer, you earn like one.

We want to see your ability to execute a sales strategy and close deals.

• Phase 1: Screening Call (30 minutes)

• Phase 2: Funnel & Pipeline Interview (45 minutes) – How you work an inbound funnel, qualify, and partner with a BDR team.

• Phase 3: Case Study & Mock Discovery Call (1 hour) – A real-world scenario from our portfolio, run with one of our Account Executives.

• Phase 4: Go-to-Market Fit Interview with the CMO (30 minutes) – How you operate across the full funnel, from demand generation to closed-won.

• Phase 5: Deal Review & Leadership Fit with the CEO (30 minutes) – A deep dive into your numbers, your pipeline discipline, and what you want to build here.
