Provide personalized nutrition counseling to a diverse patient population both in-clinic and virtually. Collaborate with a team of dietitians to develop evidence-based care plans and manage patient documentation and follow-ups.
Must be a CDR certified Registered Dietitian and a resident of Arizona. Candidates should be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable with a hybrid work model in Phoenix.
