Oversee daily operations of Delivery Specialists to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of cannabis products to dispensaries. Manage fleet operations, route planning, and KPI performance while serving as the primary operational contact for intake managers.
Requires 2-4 years of experience in team management and cargo vehicle deliveries, along with a high school diploma. Candidates must be 21+, possess a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

As the Distribution Lead you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Delivery Specialists. Ensuring the team follows standard company procedures, state compliance laws, and safety requirements while delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner. It is the Distro Lead’s responsibility to ensure KPIs are created and measured to achieve success by all in the department. This role can be a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages that may weigh a minimum of 50-75 lbs.
