The role involves designing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems while preparing necessary documentation and schedules. Additionally, the engineer will perform system calculations and manage construction administration tasks including site visits and RFI processing.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be an Engineer-in-training (EIT) or a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and strong communication skills are required.
