The Facilities Maintenance Manager oversees the repair and maintenance of farm structures, greenhouse systems, and mechanical equipment. They are also responsible for managing maintenance budgets, procurement, safety compliance, and leading the maintenance team.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of maintenance and managerial experience, along with a valid driver's license. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, as is the ability to perform physical tasks and maintain OSHA safety standards.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance and similar roles.
At least 5 years of managerial experience leading teams to accomplish the roles and responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish required.
The ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance1.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and extreme heat.
