Primary Objectives of Position

Sell, distribute, and market store items and products that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
Assist in achieving the cooperative’s mission and goals
Perform tasks with outstanding customer service
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

Responsibilities of the Position

Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals
Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products
Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers
Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance
Maintain a clean and orderly store
All other duties assigned by manager

QualificationsQualifications

Excellent cash handling skills
Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity
