We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply. As a part of our fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality American flags in a timely and accurate manner. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our company's reputation for excellence.

Pay

$18 per hour

Free snacks and drinks provided for you!

Paid holidays and PTO

Temperature controlled warehouse

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. No weekends!

This role will need to stand for long periods, lift packages regularly, and keep up with the physical demands of a hands-on role.

Team-Oriented: You collaborate well and understand that we succeed together.
Adaptable: You’re quick on your feet and able to adjust to changing priorities without skipping a beat.
Solution-Focused: You notice issues early and take initiative to resolve them before they become problems.

What you Will do :

Think Ahead: Spot ways to improve processes and suggest smarter, faster, or safer approaches.
Pick & Pack with Precision: Accurately fulfill orders with speed, ensuring every detail is correct.
Quality Obsessed: Perform thorough checks to ensure each product reflects the craftsmanship our customers expect.
Protect What Matters: Use proper packaging techniques to safeguard products during transit.
Maintain High Standards: Verify item selection, quantities, and packaging—nothing leaves unless it’s perfect.
Stay Organized: Keep your station clean and efficient so you can stay fast and focused.
Communicate Clearly: Work with your team and supervisors to solve problems and meet customer needs.
Exceed Expectations: Consistently hit or surpass fulfillment targets while keeping error rates low.

Preferred Experience:

Background in order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics is a plus.
Familiarity with shipping procedures and best practices.
Knowledge of American flag etiquette or patriotic products is a bonus.
