The representative will prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce and sell professional pest control solutions. Responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, closing service agreements, and managing activity within a CRM.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history. Strong communication skills and a drive to hit goals are required, while previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income. What You’ll DoAs an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community. You will:
You’ll receive full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed—even if you’ve never done outside sales before. Daily Responsibilities
