The Quality Controller is responsible for visiting customer sites to assess complaints and provide professional reports with recommendations. They are expected to resolve issues on-site whenever possible to minimize complaint lead times.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic and possess a valid driving license. Experience in handling or installing sanitary items is required to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
• Visit customer onsite (within an agreed time-frame) to assess complaint raised
• Provide feedback / recommendations in QC report to assist in closing the complaint as quickly as possible to the customers’ satisfaction.
• To act in a professional manner when visiting the customer.
• To provide a professional QC report along with recommendations.
• Where possible, to fix the problem on-site thus reducing the complaint lead time.
• Customer visit & report to be completed within 48hrs of receipt of complaint.
• Fluent English / Arabic
• Driving License required.
• Experience of handling / installing sanitary items
• Communicate effectively with customer / office staff.
