The supervisor leads the Drive Up & Go team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high customer service standards. They are responsible for coaching staff, managing productivity, and performing site workbench functions to support store operations.
Candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to work independently while maintaining company standards.
