Develop and lead the company's demand creation strategy and execute marketing plans to drive business growth. Manage the product portfolio roadmap and lead the Product Development and Research teams in collaboration with Sales.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or Management. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years as a Product Development Manager in the insecticide or fungicide industry.
