Act as the technical lead and primary client contact for water utility projects, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables. Lead technical coordination, apply QA/QC to calculations and models, and manage discipline resources, timelines, and risks.
Requires a degree in Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in water utilities design and technical management, including international experience. Must be proficient in English and Spanish and familiar with BIM environments and hydraulic modeling.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Disciplina con foco en Water Utilities (abastecimiento y saneamiento), con sólida trayectoria en diseño y cálculo y evolución hacia funciones de coordinación técnica, QA/QC, revisión y entrega. Tendrás interacción frecuente con clientes y stakeholders internos/externos, actuando como referente técnico de la disciplina. El puesto reportará al Líder de Disciplina de Aguas.

Experiencia demostrable en interlocución y gestión de la relación con clientes en consultoría de ingeniería, incluyendo alineamiento de expectativas, seguimiento técnico y coordinación con múltiples stakeholders.
Experiencia mínima de 15-20 años en diseño y coordinación/gestión técnica en proyectos de Water Utilities, incluyendo varios años liderando la disciplina.
Experiencia sólida en redes de abastecimiento y saneamiento.
Experiencia internacional (principalmente en UK/Europa/Oriente Medio).
Familiarizado/a con trabajo en entorno BIM / coordinación de modelos.
Dominio de inglés y español (oral y escrito).
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo técnico y capacidad de revisión crítica.
