Coordinate BIM MEP models and deliverables for global multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Lead digital coordination between disciplines, manage Common Data Environments (CDE), and automate repetitive tasks to optimize efficiency.
Requires a degree in Engineering or Architecture with over 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in BIM MEP coordination. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ISO 19650 standards is essential, along with advanced English communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Technician to join our MEP department in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models for various projects. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
