Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative stellarator technology projects for TVA. Provide expert guidance on project control systems, data management, and strategic alignment with CAPEX program objectives.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business with at least 6 years of related experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, PMP/PgMP certification, and experience with large-scale nuclear or heavy industrial projects.

We are currently seeking a Program Integration Manager to join our team in supporting a first-of-a-kind program with AECOM partners advancing the innovative stellarator technology for TVA.
This position will report to the overall Program Manager and will work directly with both the technology partner, end client and the AECOM execution teams. The objective of this role is to provide in-person connection with the technology partner to align and coordinate the multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies to maintain the focus on delivering the multiple, concurrent projects successfully.
The selected candidate will be an exceptional hands-on professional with proven track record of working on heavy industrial or power generation projects of high strategic value and high level of execution complexity.
