The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex highway and bridge projects, overseeing scope, budget, scheduling, and multidisciplinary design teams. They will serve as the primary client contact while managing procurement, financial performance, and strategic business development initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Finance with at least 8 years of project management experience. Professional certification such as PEng, PMP, or CPA is required, along with strong expertise in Alberta's transportation infrastructure sector.

This role will lead the delivery of complex municipal and provincial highway and bridge projects across Alberta, working closely with multidisciplinary technical teams, clients, and contractors. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in civil engineering or technical project delivery, combined with senior-level project management experience in transportation infrastructure.
