主要工作職責 (Key Responsibilities)
• 料件變更與 EOL 管理：
o 接收供應商發布的料件停產 (EOL) 及產品變更通知 (PCN)。
o 追蹤替代料件的進度，並管控整體料件替換專案的時程與潛在缺料風險。
• 技術評估與驗證規劃：
o 與RD團隊 (EE/ME/SE) 確認料件變更對系統（硬體、機構、軟韌體）的影響範圍。
o 定義替代料件的驗證需求（如：是否需要重新驗證? 及需執行哪些硬驗證項目）。
o 依據驗證需求，向內部測試單位或外部實驗室提出測試計畫與申請。
• 資源協調與測試執行：
o 向料件工程師 (CE) 申請並取得合適的替代料件規格與實體樣品 (Samples)。
o 向產品部 (PM) 協調並借調用於測試與驗證的系統主機 (Test Systems)。
o 安排並委託RD 或工廠端進行替代料的上件或重工. 以提供測試樣品。
• 系統導入與量產銜接 (ECO/ECOM Management)：
o 追蹤測試單位的驗證進度與結果，確保替代料符合品質標準與規範。
o 主導工程變更指令 (ECO/ECOM) 的發行與系統導入，完成 BOM 表更新及驗證報告等技術文件建檔。
跨部門協作單位:
• RD (EE/ME/SE): 評估變更影響、制定測試項目、協助線路重工與技術確認。
• CE (Component Engineer): 取得替代料件規格、可行性評估與實體樣品。
• PM (Product Manager): 協調測試系統資源及優先順序、回報產品驗證進度及導入時程。
• Validation Teams: 追蹤測試進度、確保品質並產出驗證報告。

• 學歷背景： 工程、電機、電子、資訊或相關科系學士（含）以上學歷優先。
• 工作經驗： 具備硬體產品開發、Sustain PM、Component Engineer 或硬體相關專案管理經驗尤佳（具備電子製造業或工業電腦 IPC 背景者優先）。
• 專業技能：
o 熟悉 PLM / ERP 系統以及工程變更流程 (ECO/ECN/ECOM)。
o 具備基本的硬體線路圖、機構圖面或 BOM 表理解能力。
