Lead and mentor a team of web developers while remaining hands-on with production code and architectural design. Act as the bridge between technical execution and product direction to deliver scalable, maintainable CMS-driven systems.
Requires 7+ years of professional web development experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity. Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and CMS platforms is essential.

You will lead a skilled development team inside a 50-person company where your impact is immediate and visible. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will set technical direction, establish standards, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on with production code.

As Senior Web Engineer / Team Lead, you are the senior technical force inside Advantage's development group. You lead by doing. You write and review production code, architect scalable solutions, define development standards, and mentor developers to grow in their craft.
